Delivery

We are an international company, so we have showrooms in several countries and cities worldwide. Below you can read information about the prices for delivery to each location. If there is a showroom in your country, the order will be sent through the national post service. You will be able to receive your order within 5-7 working days, provided that the goods are in stock.
If your country is not listed, then the order will be sent from the showroom in Spain. Depending on the country, the cost and delivery time may vary. Within the European Union, delivery is carried out at the cost of approximately 25 euros, within 4-5 working days, and by one of these courier services: SEUR, TNT, or UPS.

Delivery to England is carried out by DHL Express within 2-4 working days.The cost is 65 euros. Delivery to any other country is carried out via DHL Express courier within 2-4 business days,subject to the availability of the product(s) in stock. The cost is 150 euros.
Important information: There can be no more than 2 batteries in a DHL Express delivery according to regulations.

Depending on your order, you may need to pay extra for delivery (in some rare cases). If this is the case, we will contact you and provide a receipt for payment. If the delivery is less than the specified amount, we will transfer the difference in price to your WebWellness account (later, you can use such funds to purchase complexes or test top-ups).

Shipping Rules

After placing your order, we contact the showroom to confirm the availability of the selected product(s).

Sometimes there may be a slight delay of 1-2 weeks. If, for some reason, you cannot wait - before placing an order, contact us.

We will place an order in another showroom where product(s) are in stock.

Return policy

14 Days Return Policy

You can exercise the right to return the order within 14 days from the date of receipt of the
parcel, provided that such a request is sent to us by email (viktoriia.volchkova@gmail.com)
within the above period. We will acknowledge receipt of your request and inform you of the return procedure.

Your order(s) is/are eligible for a refund subject to the below conditions:

1. Goods are purchased from our website.

2. A request for refund notification is submitted to buy email viktoriia.volchkova@gmai.com
and received by us within 14 days upon receiving the goods.
3. Goods must be shipped in brand new and undamaged condition (in original
packaging, including all accessories, materials, bonuses, and WebWellness balance also
unused).
4. Goods must be returned to our specified address within 14 days after we
acknowledge your request.

After we acknowledge and confirm your return request, you are able to arrange a courier to pick up the goods from the address of your order (unless otherwise specified) and have them returned.

Return of Faulty Items

You may return the goods to us if you find them faulty due to manufacturer fault, provided that the request is made within 14 days upon receiving the goods. We will acknowledge receipt of your request and advise you of the proper procedure for returning the goods to us. If the Products you received do not match those you ordered, or if your delivery was incomplete or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately through email: viktoriia.volchkova@gmail.com for assistance.

You can choose a full refund or replacement under the following conditions:


1. Goods are purchased on our website ( bioresonanace4life.net).
2. The return request is emailed and received by us within 14 days of receiving the products.
3. Goods are in new condition (with all original packaging including all accessories and other materials, WebWellness balance also unused).
4. Items must be returned to the address provided by us within 14 days of confirming your request.
5. After inspection, we confirm that the items returned are free from defects.

Return payment

The return is paid by the party through whose fault the goods are returned. If you change your mind and use your purchase right to return the goods within 14 days, then you pay for the shipping services yourself.

If the return of goods is carried out through the fault of the company or showroom, then the manufacturer or showroom pays for shipping services.

Refund

The funds will be returned to you in the same way that the payment was made. Cash or bank transfer to the account from which the payment was made. Depending on the conditions of your bank, the refund may take up to 30 days.
